为了充分发挥人才的积极性和合理使用人才,日本欧姆龙集团实行了在其5个公司之间人才可双向自选的流动制度。公司可以开出使用条件,个人可以自选公司,在每年6月和12月进行两次自行选择活动。每个公司可在其他公司招募优秀人才,以提高其事业上的竞争力。职工也可以按自己希望选择到哪个公司去工作,以提高人员工作的积极性。2000年6月实行了第一次公开招聘和自选流动。有26人由公司进行了招聘,19人自选成功。
In order to give full play to the enthusiasm of talents and the rational use of talents, Japan’s Omron Group has implemented a flow system in which the talents of the Omron Group can choose between two companies. The company can set the conditions for use. Individuals can choose their company and conduct two self-selection activities in June and December of each year. Each company can recruit talented people in other companies to improve its business competitiveness. Employees can also choose which company they want to work for in order to increase the enthusiasm of personnel. In June 2000, the first open recruitment and self-selection flows were implemented. Twenty-six people were recruited by the company and 19 were successful.
