本文研究了聚氧化乙烯(PEO)/聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)共混体系的相容性以及在高速搅拌下PEO/PAM在水溶液中生成的PEO—PAM共聚物的增容效应。热力学的理论计算结果以及采用相差显微镜、透射电镜、小角X—射线散射和应力—应变行为等测试方法获得的结果均表明:聚氧化乙烯和聚丙烯酰胺共混体系相容性差。在高速搅拌下生成的PEO—PAM嵌段共聚物是有效的增容剂,可使PEO/PAM共混体系的微区尺寸减少,不均匀程度降低,相区边界层厚度增大,机械强度增高。
In this paper, the compatibilities of PEO / PAM blends and the compatibilization effect of PEO-PAM copolymers formed by PEO / PAM in aqueous solution under high speed stirring were studied. The results of theoretical calculation of thermodynamics and the results of phase contrast microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, small-angle X-ray scattering and stress-strain behavior show that the compatibility of polyoxyethylene and polyacrylamide blends is poor. The PEO-PAM block copolymer formed under high-speed stirring is an effective compatibilizer, which can reduce the size of the micro-zone and decrease the unevenness of the PEO / PAM blend system, increase the thickness of the boundary layer and increase the mechanical strength .
