采用热塑性树脂PEK-C(酚酞基聚芳醚酮)和核壳粒子复合增韧EP(环氧树脂)胶粘剂,并探讨了不同核壳粒子掺量对该EP胶粘剂粘接性能和耐热性的影响。研究结果表明:当w(PEK-C)=45%、w(核壳粒子)=10%(均相对于胶粘剂质量而言)时,EP胶粘剂的韧性相对最好,其23℃时的滚筒剥离强度达到99.43(N·mm)/mm;核壳粒子不会明显降低EP胶粘剂的耐热性;两种增韧体系的增韧效果较好,相应EP胶粘剂具有良好的粘接性能、耐热性和耐久性。
The EP (epoxy resin) toughening agent was toughened by PEK-C (thermoplastic resin) and core-shell particles, and the effects of the content of different core-shell particles on the adhesion and heat resistance influences. The results show that the toughness of EP adhesive is the best when w (PEK-C) = 45% and w (core-shell particles) = 10%, both relative to the mass of the adhesive.
