该文对比了溴化丁基橡胶气密层与纳米复合材料气密层的性能。研究表明,采用纳米复合材料在达到气密层性能目标的同时可降低透气率,从而降低轮胎气密层的厚度,减轻轮胎的质量。降低气密层的厚度对轮胎的工作性能也有利,同时还可提高工厂炼胶设备利用率和效率。
This article compares the performance of a bromobutyl rubber innerliner with a nanocomposite inner liner. Research shows that the use of nanocomposites to achieve the goal of the inner liner performance while reducing air permeability, thereby reducing the thickness of the inner liner of the tire and reduce the quality of the tire. Lowering the thickness of the airtight layer also benefits the performance of the tire and at the same time improves the utilization and efficiency of the plant compounding equipment.
