本试验共在西藏林芝地区的20个不同地点采集到20株优良野生黑木耳菌株,然后结合当地的气候特点,通过常规筛选程序进行菌种筛选,以期得到适合当地栽培出耳的优良黑木耳菌株。结果表明,20株试验菌株中X6菌株的母种、原种及栽培种中菌丝的生长速度、抗污染能力和长势等均优于其他试验菌株与对照菌株,然后通过栽培试验和商品性能分析,确定X6为优良菌株。最后通过rDNA的ITS序列对筛选所得菌株进分子生物学鉴定,ITS基因序列比对表明,X6菌株为木耳属黑木耳种。
In this experiment, 20 strains of excellent black fungus strains were collected from 20 different sites in Nyingchi region of Tibet. Then, the strains were screened by routine screening procedure according to the local climatic characteristics, so as to obtain the excellent black fungus strain suitable for local cultivation . The results showed that the growth speed, anti-pollution ability and growth of X6 strains of the 20 tested strains were superior to other test strains and control strains in the mother, original and cultivars, and then through the cultivation test and commodity performance analysis , To determine X6 is an excellent strain. Finally, the ITS sequences of rDNA were screened for molecular biology. ITS sequence alignment indicated that strain X6 was Auricularia auricula.
