目的：探讨心理护理干预对妇科腹腔镜术后并发症的影响。方法收集妇科2016年1月到2016年7月行腹腔镜手术患者的资料，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组实施常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上进行心理护理干预，比较两组在术后并发症的发生情况。结果观察组的术后并发症的发生率比对照组有所降低，差距有统计学意义。结论心理护理能减少腹腔镜术后并发症的发生率，可以提高护理效果，值得临床推广。“,”Objective To investigate the effect of the psychological nursing intervention on the patients with gynecologic postoperative complications of laparoscopic gynecologic surgery.Methods Collected Information about patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery from January 2016 to July 2016,the patients were divided into control group and observation group randomly,control group implements conventional nursing,the observation group strengthened the psychological nursing in the conventional nursing foundation.Compared the postoperative complications in the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications of observation group was lower compared with controls,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion Psychological nursing can reduce the incidence of the postoperative complications of laparoscopic gynecologic surgery, the nursing quality can be improved,worth clinical promotion.
