六味地黄汤能够明显提高正常大鼠腹腔Ｍφ表面Ｉａ抗原表达的阳性率，强度与阳性对照的人参皂甙组相似；该方还能够使ＣＯＲＴ肌肉注射所致“阴虚”模型大鼠ＭφＩａ抗原表达率的抑制得以明显改善。方中三味补药是六味地黄汤促进ＭφＩａ抗原表达的主要成分，三味泻药单用对正常及模型大鼠的ＭφＩａ抗原表达均无直接影响，但与三补配伍后则能够明显提高其对ＭφＩａ抗原表达的阳性率
