21世纪是知识经济时代。在知识经济时代,社会将由经济型向知识型转化,文化消费将成为未来社会消费的主流。如何适应知识经济时代的要求,深化我国文化体制改革,加速文化市场建设,发展文化产业,以满足人民群众日益增长的精神需求,使文化产业成为新的经济增长点,并尽快成为国民经济的支柱产业之一,是建立市场经济体制的必然需求,也是历史的必然选择。与经济体制改革相比较,我国的文化体制改革虽然也取得了显著成果,但仍显迟缓,比起发达国家的文化产业,我国的文化产业尚属于起步阶段。 随着全球经济一体化脚步的加速,特别是面对加入 WTO之后的挑战,如何更好地开发我国丰富的文化资源,进一步启动我国的文化市场,加速文化产业的发展,已成为社会各界关注的热点。 有鉴于此。中国改革杂志社于4月9日召开了“文化体制改革与文化产业”座谈会,邀请有关部门的官员和专家学者以及新闻界和企业界人士,就上述问题举行谈。本期摘录部分与会者的发言,以飨读者。 此次座谈会受到兴亚集团的大力支持。与此表示感谢!
