气马达的进气容积和膨胀终了容积选择是否恰当,对气马达的性能有着决定性的影响。在已发表的许多文献中,设计气马达时,确定进气容积v_1和膨胀终了容积v_2,一般都是根据已知的气马达功率、进气压力及进排气温度来计算的。这是以压缩空气在气马达气缸(腔)内膨胀不致使温度降低到润滑油的凝固点为限制的,通常限制这个温度不低于243K~33K。
