用放射免疫法对21例CT确诊的高血压脑出血急性期患者,进行血清皮质醇(F)、醛固醇(ALD)、胰岛素(INS)、黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、泌乳素(PRL)及雌二醇(E_2)动态检测。结果显示F、ALD、INS升高有一定规律性。脑出血应激期在10天以内,F为应激期主要内涵。还探讨了F、ALD、INS升高的机理、相关因素和临床意义。
Serum cortisol (F), aldosterone (ALD), insulin (INS), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) were measured by radioimmunoassay in 21 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage confirmed by CT. ), Prolactin (PRL) and estradiol (E2) were detected dynamically. The results showed that F, ALD, INS increased a certain regularity. The intracerebral hemorrhage stress period is within 10 days, and F is the main connotation of stress phase. Also explored the F, ALD, INS increased mechanism, related factors and clinical significance.
