本文叙述了一个乡镇企业十年发展扼要过程。实践证明，乡镇企业只有走科技兴厂，充分发挥乡镇密集型劳动优势，走艰苦创业，以质量求生存，求发展，开发新产品，加强企业内部更新改造、新建，实行边生产边建设的两条腿走路的方针，以适应市场竞争．故该厂的产品在国内市场站稳脚，同时打入了国际市场。
This article describes a ten year development process of a township enterprise. Practice has proved that township and village enterprises can only take advantage of science and technology to build factories, give full play to the advantages of township-intensive labor, take hardships to start business, survive by quality, seek development, develop new products, and strengthen internal renovating, new construction, and implementation of production-side construction. Legs walking approach to adapt to market competition. Therefore, the plant’s products have established a foothold in the domestic market while entering the international market.
