本文简要介绍了水泥混凝土结构施工过程中裂缝形成的原因,指出温度是导致混凝土裂缝出现的主要原因之一,并提出了混凝土结构裂缝控制的措施,包括提高混凝土抗裂性能和控制温度应力,最后,以宁夏某省级公路为例,分析了水泥混凝土路面施工过程中温度的监测和裂缝控制的具体措施与操作实施,为今后同类工程的设计与施工提供借鉴。
This paper briefly introduces the reasons for the formation of cracks in the construction process of cement concrete structure. It is pointed out that temperature is one of the main causes of concrete cracks. The measures to control the cracks in concrete structures are proposed, including improving crack resistance of concrete and controlling temperature stress, and finally Taking a provincial highway in Ningxia as an example, the concrete measures and operation of temperature monitoring and crack control in cement concrete pavement construction are analyzed, which can provide reference for the design and construction of similar projects in the future.
