目的筛选青环海蛇免疫调节作用的活性部位。方法采用碳廓清率试验法和免疫器官重量测定方法。结果乙酸乙酯部分和水溶性部分的脾指数和胸腺指数与对照组比均有升高(P<0.01或P<0.05),校正廓清指数与对照组相比也有升高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论乙酸乙酯部分和水溶性部分为青环海蛇免疫调节活性部位。
Objective To screen the immunoregulatory active sites of the blue ring sea snake. Methods Carbon clearance rate test method and immune organ weight measurement method were used. Results The ratios of spleen index and thymus index of ethyl acetate fraction and water soluble fraction were higher than that of control group (P<0.01 or P<0.05). The corrected clearance index was also higher than that of control group (P<0.01 or P). <0.05). Conclusion The ethyl acetate and water soluble fractions are the immunomodulatory active sites of marine snakes.
