目的:了解我院清洁手术患者抗菌药物应用情况,加强抗菌药物使用的管理。方法:抽取我院2009年清洁手术病例162例,调查应用抗菌药物的情况。结果:抗菌药物使用率为100%,在切皮前0.5～2h内和术后使用抗菌药物的比例分别为38.89%和100%;平均使用抗菌药物时间8.77d,其中用药时间>2d者占99.38%,用药时间>7d者达42.59%。结论:我院清洁手术抗菌药物的使用中存在着不合理之处,需要加强管理。
Objective: To understand the application of antibacterials in patients undergoing clean operation in our hospital and to strengthen the management of the use of antibacterials. Methods: Totally 162 cases of clean operation in our hospital were collected from 2009 to investigate the application of antibacterials. Results: The rate of antibacterial drug use was 100%, and the ratio of antibacterial drugs used within 0.5 ~ 2h before and after skin incision was 38.89% and 100% respectively. The average time of using antibacterial drugs was 8.77 days, of which 99.38 %, Medication time> 7d up to 42.59%. Conclusion: There are unreasonable use of anti-bacterial drugs in our hospital and need to be strengthened.
