为了解磷酸泛酰巯基乙胺基转移酶(PPTases)在核盘菌生理代谢与致病过程中的作用,在核盘菌全基因组中寻找PPTases同源物。利用同源比对的方法,预测出核盘菌中PPTases基因,进而分析其编码蛋白的基本理化性质、疏水性、跨膜区、信号肽、亚细胞定位、二级、三级结构和保守结构域,并对PPTases编码氨基酸进行遗传进化分析。结果表明,在核盘菌全基因组中预测存在3个PPTases基因同源物,分别命名为:Ss-Ppt1、Ss-Ppt2和Ss-Ppt3。3个蛋白均为亲水性的非分泌型蛋白,在其二级和三级结构中α螺旋结构和无规则卷曲占主要部分,且三者都含有PPTases的保守结构域SCOP和(或)ACPS。
In order to understand the role of phosphopantetheinyl transferases (PPTases) in the physiological metabolism and pathogenicity of Sclerotinia, PPTases homologues were searched for in the genome of Sclerotinia. The results showed that three PPTases gene homologues were predicted in the genome of S. sclerotiori and were named as: Ss-Ppt1, Ss-Ppt2 and Ss-Ppt3. All three proteins were hydrophilic non-secreted proteins, In its secondary and tertiary structures, α-helical structures and random coils dominate, and all contain the conserved domains SCOP and / or ACPS of PPTases.
