作为低技术含量、劳动密集型的火锅餐饮业竞争激烈,海底捞火锅店不仅在趋于饱和的餐饮市场中突出重围,而且成为了哈佛商学院的经典分析案例,其成功的因素在于其独特的管理理念和差异化服务,而这些因素正是来源于企业内部形成的学习型组织。本文基于人力资源管理,通过从学习型组织的角度分析海底捞的成功案例,着重探讨创建一个高效率的学习型组织来保持企业的竞争力。
As a low-tech, labor-intensive hotpot catering industry, which is fiercely competitive, the Haitian Hot Pot Restaurant not only stands out in the increasingly saturated catering market, but also becomes a classic case study of Harvard Business School whose success factor lies in its unique Management philosophy and differentiated services, and these factors are derived from the learning organization formed within the enterprise. Based on human resource management, this paper analyzes the successful case of sea fishing from the perspective of learning organization, and focuses on establishing an efficient learning organization to maintain the competitiveness of enterprises.
