现代不锈钢精炼技术的特点是通过炉外精炼,在高铬钢液中创造优先脱碳的条件,同时通过强烈的搅拌和强制脱氧,加速渣中氧化铬的还原。AOD和VOD等精炼方法在不锈钢生产中普遍应用后,在提高生产率、降低成本和提高质量等方面取得飞跃的进展。本文简要介绍高铬钢液中选择性氧化理论;不锈钢脱碳的数学模型;富铬渣中铬还原动力学;高铬钢液中的脱磷反应以及近期的研究动向。
Modern stainless steel refining technology is characterized by refining outside the furnace to create preferential decarburization conditions in high-chromium steels and to accelerate the reduction of chromium oxide in the slag through intensive mixing and forced deoxidation. AOD and VOD and other refining methods are widely used in stainless steel production, to improve productivity, reduce costs and improve the quality of the leap forward. This article briefly introduces the theory of selective oxidation in high-chromium steel; the mathematical model of decarburization in stainless steel; the kinetics of chromium reduction in chromium-rich slag; the dephosphorization reaction in high-chromium steel and recent research trends.
