为了找到不同熔剂之间的适宜搭配,研究不同熔剂之间的两两搭配对生球强度、爆裂温度及抗压强度的影响规律,探索镁质熔剂性球团适宜的焙烧区间;并结合factsage软件确定适宜的液相量,借助XRD分析镁质熔剂性球团的矿相组成阐述了抗压强度变化规律。结果表明:四种不同熔剂搭配时,生球强度均能满足生产需求,高镁粉和高钙粉搭配时,爆裂温度最佳达560℃;高镁熔剂性球团适宜的焙烧温度为1 240℃,适宜的焙烧段较窄约为20℃,且该球团适宜的液相量为5%左右。
In order to find the suitable collocation between different fluxes, the influence laws of different fluxes on the bulb strength, burst temperature and compressive strength were explored, and the proper firing range of magnesia flux pellets was explored. Combined with factsage software Determine the appropriate amount of liquid phase, by XRD analysis of magnesia flux pellets of the mineral phase composition of the variation of compressive strength. The results show that the green ball strength can meet the production requirements when the four different fluxes are used, and the best burst temperature is 560 ℃ when the high magnesium powder is mixed with the high calcium powder. The suitable calcination temperature for high magnesium flux pellets is 1 240 ℃, the suitable calcination section is narrower at about 20 ℃, and the appropriate liquid phase of the pellets is about 5%.
