随着我国教育事业的发展,制订中小学校校长专业标准已成为当前的一项主要任务。中小学校校长专业标准的制订和实施,将有助于推进中小学校长队伍的建设,提高中小学学校管理的质量,促进学校的发展。从社会视角、教育角色、功能定位、价值意义、标准界定、方法选择和行动计划七个角度,阐述中小学校校长职业专业标准开发的一些思考及其建议。
With the development of education in our country, it is now a major task to draw up professional standards for principal principals in primary and secondary schools. The formulation and implementation of professional standards for primary and secondary school principals will help to promote the construction of primary and secondary school principals, improve the quality of primary and secondary school management, and promote the development of schools. From the perspectives of society, education, function, value, standard definition, method choice and action plan, this article elaborates some thoughts and suggestions on the development of occupational professional standards for primary and secondary school principals.
