2006—2008年间,用ELISA方法对浙江省139个兰科样品和8个百合科样品进行建兰花叶病毒(CyMV)和齿兰环斑病毒(ORSV)检测,43份(30.9%)检出CyMV;40份(28.8%)检出ORSV;共有27份样品同时检出CyMV和ORSV,占兰科样品总数19.4%。人工接种实验表明,CyMV和ORSV可以通过简单的伤口接触传染给其它兰科植物。利用一步法RT-PCR扩增,得到CyMV 764bp和ORSV 688bp的目标片段,从而证实了ELISA的检测结果。
During 2006-2008, CyMV and ORSV were detected in 139 samples of Orchidaceae and 8 samples of Liliaceae in Zhejiang Province by ELISA. In 43 samples (30.9%), CyMV ORSV was detected in 40 (28.8%) samples. CyMV and ORSV were detected in 27 samples, accounting for 19.4% of the total samples. Inoculation experiments showed that CyMV and ORSV could be transmitted to other orchids by simple wound contact. By one-step RT-PCR amplification, the target fragment of CyMV 764bp and ORSV 688bp was obtained, which confirmed the ELISA test results.
