目的 :建立氨茶碱的血药浓度测定方法。 方法 :用双波长紫外分光光度法测定氨茶碱的血药浓度 ,测定波长为 2 74nm,参比波长为 2 98nm。结果 :样品浓度在 0 .5~ 2 .5 μg/ ml范围内 ,与 Δ A=A2 74- A2 98呈良好的线性关系。标准曲线 :C(μg/ m l) =18.1744 ΔA- 0 .2 188,r=0 .9989。方法的平均回收率为 10 0 .44 % ,相对标准偏差RSD为 3.80 %。 结论 :双波长紫外分光光度法能消除血清干扰 ,方法简便、快速、准确。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of aminophylline in plasma. Methods: The blood concentration of aminophylline was determined by dual-wavelength ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The measured wavelength was 2 74 nm and the reference wavelength was 2 98 nm. Results: The concentration of the sample was within the range of 0.5-2.5 μg / ml and showed a good linear relationship with Δ A = A2 74- A2 98. Standard curve: C (μg / ml) = 18.1744 ΔA-0 .2 188, r = 0.9989. The average recoveries of the method were 10.0.44% and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 3.80%. Conclusion: Dual wavelength UV spectrophotometry can eliminate serum interference, the method is simple, rapid and accurate.
