介绍了一种以多孔粒状铵油为粒核、以固态乳胶为外覆抗水层的复合型粒状抗水炸药。地表试验及在金川矿区井下小孔径(40mm)爆破应用结果表明,此种炸药不仅爆炸性能良好、抗水能力强,而且具有便于压气输送的良好的流散性,适用于炮孔爆破时的压气设备机械化装药。与手工装填方式相比,压气装填新型炸药质量明显改善,爆破效率由原来的60%~70%提高到90%以上。
A composite granular anti-explosives with porous granular ammonium oil as core and solid latex as anti-water layer is introduced. The results of surface test and blasting in the small hole (40mm) underground in Jinchuan Mine show that the explosive is not only good in explosive performance and water resistance, but also has good fluidity for gas transmission and is suitable for compressing equipment Mechanized charge. Compared with the manual filling method, the quality of the new explosives filled with compressed air has been significantly improved, and the blasting efficiency has been raised from 60% to 70% to more than 90%.
