简要介绍了媒介共轭点啮合的由来 ,讨论了点啮合问题中的核心问题 ,即传动副的适应性及敏度分析。指出共轭过程中会产生位置、形状、运动误差 ,并对位置误差引起的变异进行了分析 ,给出了误差与变异之间的关系式。由此关系式推导出了点啮合传动副的速比变异和位置变异的敏度分析公式。并对渐开线螺旋面包络蜗杆分度凸轮机构的速比变异和位置变异的敏度进行了实例分析计算 ,其结果证实以渐开线螺旋面作为分度盘轮齿廓面的传动副对误差的适应能力较强
This paper briefly introduces the origin of the conjugate point meshing and discusses the key problem in point meshing, that is, the adaptability and sensitivity analysis of transmission pair. It is pointed out that the position, shape and motion error will occur in the conjugate process. The variation caused by the position error is also analyzed. The relation between the error and the variation is given. From this relation, the sensitivity analysis formulas of velocity variation and position variation of point meshing transmission pair are derived. And the sensitivity analysis of speed ratio variation and position variation of involute helical surface enveloping worm indexing cam mechanism is carried out.
