目的建立丙酸盐酸盐中可能含有的杂质—N-甲基正戊胺的气相检测方法。方法采用RTX-5毛细管色谱柱,测定N-甲基正戊胺的含量。结果:线性范围为0.0380~0.4755mg/ml;方法的检出限为2.5575μg/ml。平均回收率为100.63%。结论:N-甲基正戊胺在气相色谱中响应值良好,采用顶空法测定避免了样品热分解引起的杂质干扰,经过方法学的验证可以作为检测N-甲基正戊胺含量的简便有效的方法。
Objective To establish a gas phase detection method for the impurity N-methyl-n-pentylamine which may be contained in propionic acid hydrochloride. Methods RTX-5 capillary column was used to determine the content of N-methyl-n-pentylamine. Results: The linear range was 0.0380 ~ 0.4755mg / ml. The detection limit was 2.5575μg / ml. The average recovery was 100.63%. Conclusion: N-methyl-n-pentylamine has a good response value in gas chromatography. The headspace method was used to avoid the impurity interference caused by thermal decomposition of samples. After verification by methodology, N-methyl-n-pentylamine could be used as a simple and convenient effective method.
