为解决曲堤井田小工作面分层开采模式带来的采掘失衡严重、煤炭采出率低、上分层开采时瓦斯超限频繁、下分层开采时顶板稳定性差等问题。采用下分层2个小工作面“合二为一”的开采方式,煤炭产量增加近8.5万t,约占年产量的18.9%,同时少掘2条巷道,少搬家1次,节省资金约432.1万元,大量缩短工作面准备时间;实施2排顺层长钻孔整体覆盖厚煤层,分别预抽上分层和下分层煤体瓦斯,上分层工作面专门配备1条瓦斯尾巷,回采期间回风流瓦斯浓度不超过0.6%,下分层工作面顶板选用ZYP3200/17/28型液压支架支护,满足工作面支架最大承受压力2 904 k N,实现突出厚煤层高效安全分层开采。
