The incidence of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) was clarified by B-mode ultrasound examination of 250 newborns at home and abroad at high altitude. The abnormal birth of newborns and premature children as the main target. Results: The HIE of newborns and premature infants in the plateau of our province was significantly higher than that of mainland China. The rate was 79.27% in our province and 89.47% in the Hei ethnic group. The mortality rate of preterm infants weighing less than 1500 grams in our province 44.44%, 100% of the black people in foreign countries, and all were diagnosed as AIDS. Prompt high-altitude neonatal (HIE) B-mode ultrasound imaging of importance.
