事业单位是不以盈利为目的机构,隶属于政府机关,为国家公共事业的发展提供服务的单位,是现代社会发展中必不可少的部分。事业单位单位具有不可替代的存在价值,旨在提供社会福利,来辅助社会文化、医疗、卫生等行业的发展。在事业单位中,构建绩效考核体系具有必要性,决定着事业单位服务的质量和力度,影响单位人员的工作积极性。基于此,就事业单位绩效考核体系构建进行研究。

In public institutions, the construction of performance appraisal system is necessary to determine the quality of services and institutions, affecting the work enthusiasm of staff. Based on this, research on the construction of performance appraisal system of institutions is carried out.
