人因工程强调人、机、环境的协调发展,而人在整个系统中处于中心地位,因此在人因工程实验的基础上研究影响作业绩效的影响因素有重要意义。笔者基于人因工程实验,通过对测试方式的不同设置,对被测试者按照不同的标志进行分类,在数据整理和分析的基础上,探索性别、训练等影响作业绩效的因素,以期对企业在员工选择、员工培训时提供必要的指导。
Human factors engineering emphasizes the coordinated development of people, machines and environment, and people are at the center of the whole system. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the influencing factors of job performance on the basis of human engineering experiments. Based on human factors engineering experiment, the author classifies the testers according to different signs through different settings of test methods. Based on data collation and analysis, the author explores the factors that affect job performance, such as gender and training, Staff selection, staff training to provide the necessary guidance.
