目的:观察军用固体运动饮料对热习服动物心肌损伤的保护作用,旨在为应用提供依据。方法:观察日本大耳白兔在热应激和热习服时的心肌酶谱等指标及胃饲饮料时的变化。结果:(1) 热习服组动物心肌有明显损伤,心肌酶谱较对照组明显升高( P< 0 .01) ,并伴有血钾升高、血钙及血糖降低;(2) 饮料热习服组心肌酶谱与对照组接近( P> 0 .05) ,而血钙及血钾异常程度较轻;(3) 饮料热习服组动物基础体温明显低于未服饮料组( P< 0 .05) ;(4) 饮料热习服组受热时体温升高幅度低于未服饮料组,120 min 时有显著差别( P< 0 .05) 。结论:提示军用固体运动饮料具有降低动物基础体温,延缓受热动物体温升高,预防或减轻心肌细胞损伤的作用
OBJECTIVE: To observe the protective effect of military solid sports drink on myocardial injury induced by heat, aiming to provide the basis for its application. Methods: To observe the changes of myocardial enzymes and myocardial enzymes in Japanese white rabbits under heat stress and heat acclimatization. Results: (1) Myocardial damage was observed in the heat-treated group, and the myocardial enzymes were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01), accompanied by hyperkalemia and decreased serum calcium and blood glucose; (2) Compared with the control group, the myocardial enzymes of the heat-treated group were similar (P> 0.05), while the levels of serum calcium and potassium were less abnormal. (3) The basal body temperature of the animals in the heat- <0 .05). (4) The body temperature increase of the drink heat-acclimatization group was lower than that of the drink-unheated drink group at 120 min, there was a significant difference (P <0 .05). Conclusion: It is suggested that the military solid sports drink can reduce the basal body temperature of animals, delay the increase of body temperature in the heated animals, and prevent or reduce the damage of cardiomyocytes
