目的了解江苏部分地区动物中发热伴血小板减少综合征病毒(SFTSV)携带状况,探讨其可能的传播媒介和自然宿主。方法 2012年3月~12月在江苏省发现发热伴血小板减少综合征病例的7个市/县,采集鼠、牛、羊、刺猬、鸟类和蜱等动物标本,提取总核酸后,应用实时荧光RT-PCR法对标本进行布尼亚病毒S基因核酸的检测,阳性标本采用Vero细胞进行病毒分离。结果采集761只(管)动物,43只(管)检出SFTSV核酸阳性,阳性率为5.65%。采集3 728份标本,阳性49份,阳性率为1.31%。鼠的病毒携带率最高(6.84%),蜱标本阳性率最高(4.94%)。除蜱标本外的3 647份标本中检出阳性45份,阳性率为1.23%,不同器官阳性率分别为淋巴结(50.00%)、血清(2.34%)、脾(1.64%)、心(1.64%)、肝(1.28%)、肺(1.09%)、脑(0.94%)、肾(0.73%)、血块(0.41%)。5月标本阳性率最高(4.01%)。从1份羊血清及其体表1份蜱标本中各分离出1株SFTSV病毒。结论鼠、牛、羊和蜱均可携带SFTSV,可能是其自然宿主或传播媒介。
Objective To understand the carrier status of fever with thrombocytopenic syndrome virus (SFTSV) in some areas of Jiangsu Province and to explore its possible transmission media and natural host. Methods From March to December 2012, seven cities / counties with fever and thrombocytopenia were found in Jiangsu Province. Animals such as rats, cattle, sheep, hedgehog, birds and ticks were collected. After total nucleic acid was extracted, real-time Fluorescent RT-PCR method was used to detect Bunyavirus S gene nucleic acid. Positive samples were isolated by Vero cells. Results 761 animals (tubes) were collected and 43 (tubes) were positive for SFTSV. The positive rate was 5.65%. A total of 3 728 specimens were collected, 49 were positive, the positive rate was 1.31%. The virus carrying rate of rats was the highest (6.84%), the positive rate of ticks was the highest (4.94%). The positive rate of different organs was 45.0%, serum (2.34%), spleen (1.64%), heart (1.64% ), Liver (1.28%), lung (1.09%), brain (0.94%), kidney (0.73%) and clot (0.41%). The highest positive rate was in May (4.01%). One strain of SFTSV virus was isolated from one sheep serum and one tick body specimen. Conclusion Rats, cattle, sheep and ticks can carry SFTSV, which may be their natural host or vector.
