应变强化技术的主要作用就是将奥氏体不锈钢的屈服强度能够有效的提高,这样可以减轻不锈钢压力容器的厚度,从而将容器的重量也加以减轻,并降低在运输和制造过程中的能量损耗,尽量降低压力容器的质量。本文主要研究了奥氏体不锈钢压力容器对外界压力的反应,并从强度、蠕变、疲劳、均匀腐蚀、应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)等方桌综述了奥氏体不锈钢应变强化后的性能变化,并提出进一步研究的方向,以降低奥氏体不锈钢压力容器的总质量。
