为系统地评价温拌沥青混合料的降温幅度,采用马歇尔击实、旋转压实(SGC)法成型试件,通过体积指标来评价温拌沥青混合料的降温特性,并采用和易性试验仪直观地检测了温拌混合料不同温度下的工作和易性。结果表明:马歇尔击实法不适合用来评价温拌沥青混合料的特性;旋转压实能较好地评价乳化型温拌沥青混合料最佳拌和及施工温度,和易性试验仪能够直观地检测温拌混合料最佳拌和温度区间,与SGC法试验结果基本一致。
In order to systematically evaluate the temperature drop of warm mix asphalt mixture, Marshall compaction and rotary compaction (SGC) method were used to form the sample. The cooling index of warm mix asphalt mixture was evaluated by volumetric index, Intuitively test the warm mixture of work under different temperatures and workability. The results show that the Marshall compaction method is not suitable for evaluating the characteristics of warm mix asphalt mixture. Rotary compaction can evaluate the best mixing and construction temperature of emulsified warm mix asphalt, The optimum mixing temperature range for testing the warm mix is basically consistent with the SGC test results.
