以广州至清远高速公路水泥混凝土路面加铺沥青层工程为依托,对高弹改性应力吸收层进行沥青和沥青混合料两个方面的疲劳试验;采用G×sinδ疲劳因子和弹性恢复来评价高弹改性沥青的抗疲劳性能;采用冲击韧性试验和四点弯曲疲劳试验验证混合料的抗疲劳性能,发现二者之间具有良好的相关性;同时将高弹改性沥青的各项疲劳指标和70#基质沥青与SBS改性沥青进行比较,结果表明:高弹改性沥青具有出色的抗疲劳能力,可有效减少和延缓沥青加铺层反射裂缝的发生,延长路面的使用寿命。
Based on the asphalt pavement engineering of Guangzhou-Qingyuan expressway cement concrete pavement, the fatigue tests of asphalt and asphalt mixture on the high-resilience stress-absorbing layer were carried out. The G × sinδ fatigue factor and elastic recovery were used to evaluate the high The fatigue resistance of the modified bitumen was tested. The impact toughness test and the four-point bending fatigue test were used to verify the anti-fatigue properties of the mixture, and found that there was a good correlation between the fatigue properties of the modified bitumen. And 70 # asphalt were compared with those of SBS modified asphalt. The results showed that the highly elastic modified asphalt has excellent anti-fatigue ability, which can effectively reduce and delay the occurrence of reflective cracking of asphalt overlay and prolong the service life of pavement.
