目的探讨血必净注射液对多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)患者高级氧化蛋白产物(AOPPs)和C反应蛋白(CRP)表达的影响。方法52例MODS患者随机分为血必净治疗组和常规治疗对照组,各26例。血必净治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予血必净注射液100ml静脉滴注,2次/d,连用10d。分别于治疗前、治疗后第3、7和10天时取两组患者静脉血,采用分光光度计法和免疫比浊法检测血清AOPPs和CRP浓度,观察两组患者APACHEIII评分变化,并记录治疗后第3、7、10和28天时两组患者生存或死亡情况。26例健康志愿者血清AOPPs和CRP浓度作为正常对照。结果治疗前两组血清AOPPs和CRP浓度显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05),但两组患者间血清AOPPs和CRP浓度无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后第3、7、10天两组血清AOPP和CRP浓度较治疗前逐步下降(P<0.05);血必净治疗组较常规治疗对照组血清AOPP和CRP浓度下降更显著(P<0.05),APACHEIII评分降低更明显(P<0.05),且28d病死率显著降低(P<0.05)。结论血必净注射液可显著降低MODS患者血清AOPPs和CRP水平,减轻MODS患者体内氧化应激和炎症反应,从而缓解临床症状,改善疾病预后。
Objective To investigate the effects of Xuebijing injection on the expressions of advanced oxidation protein products (AOPPs) and C-reactive protein (CRP) in patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS). Methods Fifty-two patients with MODS were randomly divided into Xuebijing group and routine treatment control group, with 26 cases in each group. Xuebijing treatment group on the basis of routine treatment given Xuebijing injection 100ml intravenous infusion, 2 times / d, once every 10d. Venous blood was taken from the two groups before treatment, on the 3rd, 7th and 10th day after treatment. Serum AOPPs and CRP concentrations were measured by spectrophotometer and immunoturbidimetry. APACHEIII score changes were observed in both groups and recorded after treatment Survival or death in both groups on days 3, 7, 10 and 28. Serum AOPPs and CRP concentrations in 26 healthy volunteers served as normal controls. Results Before treatment, serum AOPPs and CRP concentrations in serum were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups in serum AOPPs and CRP concentrations (P> 0.05) Serum concentrations of AOPP and CRP decreased gradually in both groups (P <0.05), while the serum levels of AOPP and CRP in Xuebijing group were significantly decreased (P <0.05) and APACHEIII scores decreased more significantly than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and 28d mortality was significantly lower (P <0.05). Conclusion Xuebijing injection can significantly reduce serum levels of AOPPs and CRP in patients with MODS and reduce oxidative stress and inflammation in MODS patients, so as to relieve clinical symptoms and improve disease prognosis.
