试验以玉米德美亚1号、郑单958及龙单49为研究材料,采用盆栽试验,研究了5个不同播种深度对玉米出苗情况、幼苗活力、胚芽鞘特性及显微结构的影响。结果表明:不同供试玉米品种,播种深度为4 cm时,出苗最好,玉米幼苗活力最高。伴随播种深度的增加,胚芽鞘特性改良效果更加显著。生产实践中,在最佳播深情况下,胚芽鞘特性未能得到完全发挥,需要通过使用其他化学或物理方法来改善胚芽鞘建成,增强其保护幼苗的功能。
In this study, the effects of five different sowing depths on seedling emergence, seedling vigor, coleoptile characteristics and microstructure of maize were studied in potted plants with Demetrius No.1, Zhengdan958 and Longdan49. The results showed that the seedlings of different tested maize varieties had the best germination when the sowing depth was 4 cm and the seedling vigor of maize was the highest. With the increase of sowing depth, the effect of coleoptile characteristic improvement was more significant. In practice, coleoptile properties are not fully exerted at optimal sowing conditions, and it is necessary to improve the function of seedlings by using other chemical or physical methods to improve coleoptile formation.
