梅钢1780精轧机工作辊表面氧化膜剥落分析与预防

梅钢1780热轧机组在轧制高强酸洗薄板时F2、F3机架发生轧辊氧化膜剥落问题,导致产品质量因辊系氧化皮而降级。在分析氧化膜剥落原因的基础上,找出了影响氧化膜剥落的关键因素,提出了负荷分配优化、轧辊冷却水优化、防剥落水优化、轧制润滑优化、轧制节奏控制和轧制计划优化等六个降低氧化膜厚度、提高氧化膜剥落临界厚度和保证氧化膜厚度在临界厚度以下工作的措施。在采用有效措施后,1780热轧机组月产酸洗板达到9万吨以上,废品率控制在3%之内,达到国内先进水平。 1780 hot rolling mill Meishan rolling high-strength pickled sheet F2, F3 rack oxide roll spalling occurs, resulting in degradation of the quality of the product due to roller scale.
