“Eighteen anti-Chinese medicines” means that there are 18 kinds of Chinese medicines. The opposite is true of sexual poisons, so they cannot be used in prescriptions. Its contents: Chuanwu, Kusao, Fuzi Banxia, Fritillaria, Xenopus, Angelica, Angelica, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Euphorbia, Euphorbia, Seaweed; Lilu anti-ginseng, Adenophora, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Scrophulariaceae Sophora flavescens, Asarum, peony. There have been two main observations about the meaning of the “eighteen-negative” response: One considers that the opposite drug combination has toxic or side effects. Such as Liang Hong Tao Hongjing said: “The opposite is his enemy, I must not be together;” One thinks that the opposite compatibility, loss of efficacy. For example, Yuan Zhen Zhu Zhenheng said: "(Ginseng) is contrary to Veratrum. If one or two ginsengs are used, one ginseng and one ginseng will be reaped.
