目的对饲养的三角帆蚌软体组织中的镉含量进行测定和分析。方法采用氢化物原子荧光光谱法(AFS)测定三角帆蚌软体组织中的镉含量。结果三角帆蚌体内重金属镉含量为2.150μg.kg-1,RSD为1.70%。结论本实验所检测的三角帆蚌中的金属镉含量低于国际标准,符合食用要求。
Objective To measure and analyze the cadmium content in the mussel tissue of Hyriopsis catenella. Methods Hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS) was used to determine the cadmium content in the soft tissues of Hyriopsis cumingii. Results The content of heavy metal cadmium in Hyriopsis cumingii was 2.150μg.kg-1, with a RSD of 1.70%. Conclusion The cadmium content of Hyriopsis cumingii detected in this experiment is lower than the international standard, which meets the requirements of food.
