作者采用经直肠超声引导下经会阴向前列腺内置入~(198)金籽的方法治疗局限性前列腺癌。全麻或局麻,截石位行膀胱镜检查,然后插入尿管,以便超声检查时识别膀胱颈。直肠内插入超声探头,连续横断扫查,自膀胱颈至前列腺尖。超声探头近会阴处装一特制多孔模板,自模板向前列腺前叶插入一根长针,固定前列腺。再经模板上的小孔将多根Mick导针插入前列腺尖处,导针分布适宜后,用Mick注药器置入~(198)金籽,最后将超声探头和针一起向膀胱颈推进。植入的放射性金籽可对前列腺癌产生7000~9000rad的γ线照射,其半衰期为2.7天,
The authors treated patients with localized prostate cancer by transrectal ultrasound guided perineal placement of ~(198) gold seeds into the prostate. General anaesthesia or local anesthesia, lithotomy position cystoscopy, and then insert the urinary catheter to identify the bladder neck during ultrasound. An ultrasound probe is inserted into the rectum and continuously transected from the bladder neck to the tip of the prostate. The ultrasound probe is equipped with a special porous template near the perineum, inserts a long needle from the template into the anterior prostate, and fixes the prostate. After inserting multiple Mick guide needles into the tip of the prostate through the small holes in the template, the guide pin is properly distributed, and then a (198) gold seed is placed using a Mick injector. Finally, the ultrasonic probe and the needle are pushed together toward the bladder neck. The implanted radioactive gold seed can produce 7000-9000rad gamma radiation for prostate cancer, with a half-life of 2.7 days.
