化学镀Ni-P合金在某些介质中具有高的热力学稳定性和钝化行为,耐蚀性好,尤其是非晶态镀层耐蚀性更佳。但是在液-固两相流冲刷腐蚀环境中,当冲刷速度较高时,经400℃×1h热处理后的镀层耐冲刷腐蚀性能却优于非晶态镀层。
Electroless Ni-P alloy has high thermodynamic stability and passivation behavior in some media, and has good corrosion resistance, especially the corrosion resistance of amorphous coatings. However, the corrosion resistance of the coating after heat treatment at 400 ℃ for 1h is better than that of the amorphous coating in the erosion environment of liquid-solid two-phase flow.
