在电解加工工艺中,有两种电解加工方法。一种是气水混合法,即常说的混气加工;另一种是不混气加工。目前我厂采用的是不混气加工工艺。采用不混气加工,对阴极设计、机床精度、电源保护装置以及电解液的精过滤都要求较高。目前,煤炭部所属厂矿所用的电解机床,大都是各单位自己制造或改装的设备,因而各项性能都较差。尤其是机床的稳定性达不到要求,以致在加工零件或锻模时很容易发生问题。其原因除设备因素之外,影响电解加工成败的更主要的因素,是流场设计和电解液的过滤。我们根据几年来的实践,感到过滤问题是一个很重要的环节。由于电解液
