基于热力耦合模型,采用DEFORM-3D刚塑性有限元模拟软件,对7075铝合金枪械机匣体终锻成形过程进行数值模拟,分析了始锻温度和变形速度对机匣体成形过程的影响,并优化出其模锻工艺参数为:始锻温度450℃,变形速度2 mm/s。
Based on the thermal coupling model, DEFORM-3D rigid-plastic finite element simulation software was used to simulate the final forging process of 7075 aluminum alloy gun case. The influence of initial forging temperature and deformation speed on the forming process of the cassette was analyzed. Optimization of the forging process parameters: Forging temperature 450 ℃, deformation rate of 2 mm / s.
