point针对某型民用飞机TC证后机身某处上下部壁板对接结构存在的问题,提出一种优化方案。根据结构对称性建立局部细节有限元三维模型,考虑模型中所有接触并进行非线性计算,在紧固件剪切面上采用spring弹簧元提取紧固件载荷。经与优化前结构计算结果对比发现,本文提出的优化方案对结构疲劳性能有明显改善,并可以减轻结构重量。分析结论可为具体工程实施和相似结构设计提供理论支撑。
point Aiming at the problems existing in the butt joint structure of the upper and lower panels at somewhere in the fuselage of a certain type of civil aircraft, this paper presents an optimization plan. According to the structural symmetry, a local detail finite element three-dimensional model is established, considering all the contacts in the model and carrying out the nonlinear calculation, the spring load is used to extract the fastener load on the shear surface of the fastener. Comparing with the calculated results before optimization, it is found that the optimized scheme proposed in this paper can significantly improve the fatigue performance of the structure and reduce the weight of the structure. The conclusions of the analysis can provide theoretical support for the implementation of specific projects and the design of similar structures.
