我国科学家在近日提交的一份关于我国能源结构的报告中提出:应在新疆、内蒙古、甘肃等荒漠地区建设大规模可再生能源综合利用基地,把大规模藻类的养殖和能源植物的种植与大规模太阳能发电及风力发电结合在一起,推动我国未来能源结构从以化石能源为主向可再生能源转换的历史性转变。国家生物产业发展“十一五”规划明确,应充分利用荒草地、盐碱地等,以提高单产和淀粉含量、降低原料成本为目标,培育木薯、甘薯、甜高粱等能源专用作物新品种。
In a report recently submitted by a Chinese scientist on China’s energy structure, it is proposed that large-scale renewable energy comprehensive utilization bases should be built in desert regions such as Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, and Gansu, and large-scale algae cultivation and planting of energy plants should be promoted. The combination of scale solar power generation and wind power generation will promote the historic transformation of China’s future energy structure from the conversion of fossil-based energy to renewable energy. The national bio-industry development “Eleventh Five-Year Plan ” is clear, should make full use of wasteland, saline and alkali land, etc., in order to increase the yield and starch content, reduce the cost of raw materials as the goal, to cultivate cassava, sweet potato, sweet sorghum and other energy special crop new varieties.
