2012年10月天津航运指数下设的北方国际集装箱运价指数共发布18次(见图1)。10月初至10月16日,南美西航线运价略有上调,欧洲、地中海航线运价大幅回落,带动指数连续下挫;10月17—22日,南美东航线运价回暖,欧洲、地中海航线运价跌幅收窄,指数跌幅趋缓;10月23—29日,欧洲、地中海航线实施运价普涨计划,指数大幅攀升;月末指数微弱下行。10月31日指数收于709.55点,比9月29日上涨8.76点,累计涨幅为1.25%。(1)欧地航线10月中下旬,欧地航线开始执行运价普涨计划,但欧洲航线与地中海航线运价上涨计划的执行情况有所不同:欧洲航线运价上调较为顺利,
In October 2012, the North International Container Freight Index under the Tianjin Shipping Index was released 18 times (see Figure 1). From early October to October 16, freight rates of South American routes in the west of the United States increased slightly. Freight rates in European and Mediterranean routes dropped sharply, driving the index down continuously. From October 17 to February 22, the freight rates of South American and eastern routes were getting warmer, The price decline narrowed, the index decline slowed down; October 23-29, Europe, the Mediterranean route implementation of tariff broad plan, the index rose sharply; end of the month the index down slightly.
