目的:比较电机械标测与X线左心室造影对正常及梗死后左心室收缩功能及心肌状态的评价.方法:家猪8头,分别于栓塞冠状动脉左前降支前后进行双斜位左心室及电机械标测.结果:正常心脏电机械标测获得的左心室三维图像与双斜位左心室造影图像吻合.梗死后1h左心室造影与电机械标测图形吻合,但电机械标测可以区分缺血区域和梗死区域.结论:电机械标测可以获得与左心室造影一致的左心室三维立体图像,并且可以区分缺血与梗死心肌.
OBJECTIVE: To compare the evaluation of left ventricular systolic function and myocardial state between normal and infarction after electromechanical mapping and X-ray contrast-enhanced left ventricular angiography.Methods: Eight domesticated pigs were treated with double oblique left ventricle before and after left anterior descending coronary artery embolization And electromechanical mapping.Results: The three-dimensional images of the left ventricle obtained by electrocardiogram were consistent with the images of double-incision left ventricle.The left ventricular angiography at 1 hour after infarction was consistent with electromechanical mapping, but the electromechanical mapping Distinguish between ischemic and infarct regions.Conclusion: Electro-mechanical mapping can obtain three-dimensional images of left ventricle consistent with left ventricular angiography, and can distinguish between ischemic and infarcted myocardium.
