承灾体综合脆弱性评估,直接影响社会对灾害的应对和恢复能力。以典型承灾体建筑群作为研究对象,建立耦合自然脆弱性和社会脆弱性的综合概念评估模型。将台风灾害频发的广东省作为研究区。分别采用修正后的Papathoma海啸脆弱性评估模型(PTVA模型)和投影寻踪聚类模型(PPC模型),评估其自然脆弱性和社会脆弱性。最后结合GIS技术对广东省建筑群台风综合脆弱性进行等级评估,其结果与广东省近30年来历史台风灾害中建筑灾情损失程度基本一致。
Comprehensive vulnerability assessment of disaster-bearing bodies has a direct impact on society’s ability to respond to and recover from disasters. Taking the typical disaster-tolerant buildings as the research object, a comprehensive conceptual evaluation model of coupling natural vulnerability and social vulnerability is established. Guangdong Province, where typhoon disasters occur frequently, will be the study area. The revised Papathoma tsunami vulnerability assessment model (PTVA model) and projection pursuit clustering model (PPC model) were used to evaluate their natural vulnerability and social vulnerability. In the end, combined with GIS technology, the comprehensive assessment of typhoon comprehensive vulnerability of buildings in Guangdong Province was carried out. The result was consistent with the extent of the damage caused by typhoon disasters in Guangdong during the recent 30 years.
