应用ELISA 法测定了40对“不明原因”的原发性不孕夫妇血清,宫颈粘液,精浆中AsAb,用抗补体法对精浆中SPIM 含量进行了测定并与正常对照组对比,发现不孕组女性血清及宫颈粘液中AsAb阳性率分别为25.0%、40.0%,不孕组男性精浆中AsAb 阳性率为17.5%,均显著高于对照组,不孕组男性血清中AsAb 阴性率为10.0%与对照组相比无显著性差异。不孕组男性精浆中SPIM 含量显著低于对照组。认为;“不明原因”的原发性不孕夫妇的AsAb 阳性率较高,AsAb 主要分布于宫颈粘液和精浆中,且多发生于女性;高滴度的AsAb 和SPIM 含量减少是造成原发性不孕的重要原因。
Serum, cervical mucus and seminal plasma of AsAb were detected by ELISA in 40 pairs of “unexplained” primary infertile couples. SPIM content in seminal plasma was determined by anti-complement assay and compared with that of the normal control group The positive rates of AsAb in serum and cervical mucus of pregnant women were 25.0% and 40.0% respectively, while the positive rate of AsAb in male seminal plasma of infertility group was 17.5%, which was significantly higher than that of control group. The negative rate of AsAb in male infertility group was 10.0% compared with the control group no significant difference. In infertility group, the content of SPIM in male seminal plasma was significantly lower than that in control group. Think; “unexplained” primary infertility couples AsAb positive rate is higher, AsAb mainly in cervical mucus and seminal plasma, and occurs in women; high titer of AsAb and SPIM content is reduced to cause primary An important reason for infertility.
