从上世纪90年代起,素质教育越来越引起人们的关注,人们纷纷注意到了传统教育的种种弊端,大声呼吁提高高校学生人文素质的重要性。其中,高校艺术生的人文素质相比其它非艺术类大学生,又显得更加缺失。所以如何提高高校艺术生的人文素养显得尤为紧迫。这是一个全方位,多角度的工程,不少的学者专家也有很多真知灼见,本文讨论的范围仅限于如何在英语教学中贯彻素质教育理念,利用英语电影教学培养艺术生的人文素质。
Since the 90s of the last century, quality-oriented education has drawn more and more attention. People have noticed the disadvantages of traditional education and called loudly for the importance of improving the humanistic quality of college students. Among them, the humanistic quality of art students in colleges and universities is even more missing than that of other non-art students. So how to improve the humanities accomplishment of college art students is particularly urgent. This is an all-round and multi-angle project. Many scholars and experts have a lot of insights. The scope of this article is only limited to how to carry out the concept of quality education in English teaching and use English film teaching to cultivate the humanistic quality of art students.
