Learning quality is an active psychological phenomenon that arises along with human’s learning activities. It is essentially a reflection of moral character in the learning process and a psychological basis for determining the tendency and characteristics of learning behavior. The formation of learning quality is the result of learning behavior; in turn, the tendency and characteristics of learning behavior are also governed and restricted by learning quality.
